Can I upgrade or downgrade at any time?

Yes. Plan changes take effect immediately. Downgrades go into effect at the end of your billing period.

What happens if I exceed my plan limits?

Deployments beyond the monthly limit are blocked until the next billing cycle. Your running apps are never stopped for limit violations.

Do you offer a refund?

If you are not satisfied within the first 7 days of a paid plan, contact us for a full refund.

Is there a free trial for paid plans?

The Hobby plan is free forever and lets you evaluate the platform. Paid features are gated behind Pro and Team.
